Orders are cut, assembled, and prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days. At this time, we are only shipping within Canada.
Small items ship free via Lettermail through Canada Post. Canada Post estimates delivery within 2–8 business days; this is their estimate and not a delivery guarantee from Creative Calling.
Larger items are shipped at the buyer’s expense using either Regular Parcel or Xpresspost. Both options include tracking, and Xpresspost also includes Canada Post’s on-time delivery guarantee and insurance for packages valued under $100.

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, all sales are considered final.
That said, your happiness matters to us — if something arrives damaged or isn't quite what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or delays caused by Canada Post.

Creative Calling is a one-woman studio based in Surrey, BC. Please note that our production hours are weekdays only, and we are closed on weekends and holidays.
