• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days to allow time for cutting, assembling, and packaging. All items ship from Surrey, BC via Canada Post Lettermail service. (untracked service – no tracking number is provided).
• Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

• Premium — includes everything in Hero and replaces the standard front message with your own custom message (up to 60 characters).
• You’ll be prompted to enter personalization details after adding your Pocket Hug to the cart.
• Text is engraved exactly as entered — please double-check spelling, punctuation, and spacing before checkout.
